What IMs will the DXG 565-V work for?

you guys i need help my GF that has moved away is having pr-obs hooking up her Webcam thing on her DXG 565-V and i have no idea what the thing looks like or anything but i know some web cams will only work for MSN or AIM . If anyone knows will you please let me know the easiest way to explain how to hook it up please.....
