HP dv7-1070ee fixing the keyboard?

I want to fix the keyboard for my notebook model dv7-1070ee HP the arrows pointing downwards and left are broken and i was wondering where to fix that and how long it would take to fix them? the plastic things underneath are broken.. and a tiny metal thing as well ... oh and i live in kuwait any idea where i can fix it and contact numbers?
