What am i going to do please help?

ok so yesterday i went over to my best guy friends house and we were watching tv when suddenly i got scared and snuggled up to him. he held me like that for a while and when i tried to pull away he would let me go. so we just stayed like that for a while. the all of a sudden he started to kiss my neck and head and stuff and i was like what are you doing. but he didn't stop. then he tipped my head up towards him and started kissing my lips. he wouldn't stop so i just went with it. then we started making out hard core me on top of him on the couch. he started to put his hand up my shirt and i didn't stop him. i started taking my shirt off and he did the same. i unzipped his pants and he took them off and i did the same. now i was just in my undies and bra and him in his boxer- briefs. he has such a nice body so i just started feeling his muscles. then he took off my bra and his boxers and took off my underwear. now we started actually doing stuff and a little while into it his mom came home and caught us there on the couch and she just started yelling i jumped up and grabbed my clothes and ran out. now i afraid to talk to him or to go back to his house. i dint know if he's even allowed to see me anymore!!! i really miss talking to him, and just seeing him smile. today he was avoiding me and looked really uncomfortable what do i do.
