I have a 1997 mitsubishi lancer and a 2003 corolla altis, can I use fuel with 10% ethanol in them?

Because all gasoline station here in the philppines are required to mix 10% ethanol on their fuel products,what are the complications of using fuel with 10% ethanol in it?
