Did anyone notice that there hasnt been a black WWE Champion in FOREVER?

How long has it been since youve seen a black WWE Champion (Not WHC)? Is WWE just a little bit raceist? Before anyone says The Rock, remember, he was half samoan. Im asking, "When was the last time you seen a fully black superstar as the WWE Champion?" .......Ill bet its been well over 15 years! Thats seems a little screwy considering how many talented African American superstars are in the WWE. Like Shelton Benjamin, R-Truth, and Mark Henry to name a few. (NO CENA DONT COUNT)
