So kosher food is not halal anymore...?

I just read many kosher companies DONT have their meat blessed. That means that hebrew national hotdogs are not really halal since they are not blessed by the rabbi, but only made on the kosher part of the animal. Which means since its not killed in the name of God or blessed by the rabbi, that means its not halal but just "allowed" meat. So am I right or what. Please tell me that hebrew national hotdogs are blessed by a rabbi and not just stamped saying it is!!!!!
