I am 5-7 dpo with ewcm?

I'm not sure what is going on, I am somewhere between 5-7 dpo and last night I started getting ewcm even though I already ovulated and bd'd on the 14,15,16,and 17 and have been crampy like since yesterday. I have had not necessarily a headache, but a weird feeling/sensation in my head. I have never had ewcm after I have already ovulated. Not sure what is going on any suggestions?
