Does Dennis Quaid play piano in "Great of Fire"?

Showtime says Dennis Quaid really played piano in the Jerry Lee Lewis biopic "Great of Fire." It also says it used a double and the piano-playing hand shots were of the double. I saw Dennis Quaid jamming with Jerry Lee Lewis on you tube (probably working on technique for the movie). Does anyone know how much in "Great of Fire" Dennis Quaid actually played? Thank you.
