Will walkin on the tedmill make me lose weight? [please read]?

the best way is keep to 3 meals a day try not to snack on salty, sugary or fatty foods cut out brad and pasta's keep upthe exercise do as much as you can when you get bored etc. i lost 5 punds in 2 weeks but cutting down on eating make sure you drink more water it works
