Why won't my freezer freeze ice cream even though it freezes water?

The freezer freezes things and some of the air in the freezer is blown over to the fridge side, that is how it works and there are air vents between the two that has to be left open and unobstructed. Also ice-cream has anti-freeze in it to keep it from freezing solid so it probably never will totaly freeze.
