Viessmann vitodens 100 boiler help?

any help will be much appreciated i have had a new viessmann boiler fitted last week and it has never worked the people who fitted said it was electrical i now have an electrician here who is struggling to find the problem to fix it. it starts up then goes off a few seconds later has anyone else had this problem got any advice of what it could be thank you x
