LG voyager problem ?

Someone took my phone and dropped it on the ground and it opened up. I noticed that the whole inside screen was covered with mini squares. The squares are even noticeable on the speakers next to the inside screen. I have tried to wipe it off and used Windex. it goes away for couple of seconds but reappears. Anyone know how to get rid of the squares permanently?
