Does Sony Music Entertainment own copyright to Here Comes Santa Claus(e) sung by either...?

...Gene Autry or the Chipmunks? I have a video on youtube with Here Comes Santa Claus(e) sung by Gene Autry and, on the same video, one sung by the Chipmunks. There has been some copyright infringement claims by Sony Music Entertainment and WMG. WMG isn't a problem because they don't mind and just put advertisements on the video page, but Sony Music Entertainment bans it from certain countries. I have tried to found out if SME owns the copyright to either of the singers, but I can't find either of them. Should I dispute and say SME doesn't own the copyright? If not, then what should I do? No rude comments, please! Even if they are about saying not putting copyrighted songs on youtube.
