Does caffeine (especially from coffee) hinder or interfere with herbal supplements?
I thought I have heard or read that ingested caffeine (from coffee or other sources) CANCELS any effects that herbal supplements that you take. IS THIS TRUE? For example, lets say you have a cup of coffee for breakfast with a slice of toast, then you consume a herbal supplement for some theutic effect (i.e. stress supplements like ashghwanda, l-theanine, or any herb) does the caffeine distroy any potential benefit of the herbal supplement by cancelling it's effect? And how long would you have to wait after drinking coffee before you can take a herbal supplement?
