Cheerleading please please please help!?
well i cheer for an all-stars team and i'm a flyer. well i think you might be a base or possibly a backspot.. it depends on how tall your flyers are. if you become a flyer to stretch your heelstreth/bow and arrow i get in the left (and sometimes right if needed) splits and hold it for awhile and do that daily. scorp. i would just practice standing and pulling it (same for heelstretch) to keep balance. also wrap your arms around someones waist and let them pull your leg up. heelstretch also lay on back and let someone sit on your other leg and let them push the other one down and stand up and let them pull your leg up and then make them let you go. too help flexibility and balance. also just work on making a scale straight. i have a cheer strap it it basicly a strap with 2 slips and stick one foot in one slit and pull your stretch. And Remember its the LEFT LEG! how big are most of the flyers?
