Anyone know how to make back pains go away?
Coco, there are so many areas that you will need help with but that said you should start on a program as soon as possible. I recommend that a program of Pilate's or yoga be the foundation of the program. Seeing a physical therapist would also be of help to you. Reading your statement has given me some clues as to some of the issues that face you. Since you are a sloucher it means that the curve in the lower back has been increased as well as the curve in the mid back. This has caused the pelvis to change in its position moving forward. This has made the hip flexors weak and tight and forcing the hamstrings to get weak and tight. These are just some of the things that have happened. The birth of the one child and another one on the way has exaggerated these problems plus made the abdominals weakened. I don't know if your schedule will allow you to see a physical therapist so get a video or book on Pilate's or yoga for pregnant mothers. This will at least give you somewhat of a start. Also remember that you are going to have to change the way you move. Bending from the waist is not a good thing. The legs are going to have to become stronger but luckily for you there is youth on your side and the muscles will respond quickly. Start at this point and once the pregnancy ended as soon as possible get into a consistent program.
